Thank you for coming to my auction!  I change shipping services occasionally depending on available services at time of shipping.  Often I’ll absorb the extra cost for priority shipping; other times I’ll change to fed ex smartpost or fed ex home delivery instead of  usps parcel, for example (same delivery time line).  You have the option to pay an extra small amount for insurance; if you don’t, then sellers responsibility ends when the tracking shows delivery to your paypal verified address.  I only ship to paypal verified addresses.  If you don’t have one, don’t bid because you are not protected  with delivery protection.  Please make sure your shipping and payment information is kept current in order to secure your transaction.  Refunds are given if there is a difference in the object description and the object you received.  Returns MUST be made in the same condition and packed in original packing material or equivalent.  Once again, you must ship returns back in safe well packed material or you will be entitiled to only a partial refund.
