    3 Cent Coin 1871
    Looking at the back, the III is offset in my opinion. It looks tilted to the right and not square to the top ribbon.
    For the photo, I have flipped the coin 180 degrees.
    I am not a collector, but I have read the "offset" condition is a thing.
