    GREAT Condition!
    Hand painted Donald's Better Self Cel looks brand NEW!
    Hand numbered 60/500.
    Made in 1994.
    Matted and Framed.  There are some marks and dings to the frame.  The frame is still in very nice shape and the actual hand painted cel looks brand NEW.
    Plexiglass covering the cel.  Not actual glass.  This is much better because glass can break and destroy the cel.
    The frame measures 21" wide and 16 3/4" tall.
    The hand painted Donald Duck cel measures 12" wide by 8" tall.
    There is a tear to the black paper covering the back of the frame.  This does not affect the artwork in any way.  It is simply a tear to the black paper covering the back of the frame and was caused when handling the piece.  It will obviously go unnoticed when this Donald Duck Cel is hanging and displayed.
