Artist, Paddy Gordon outdid herself with this wonderful handcrafted sculpture/doll featuring Pinocchio before he was a "real boy!"   This piece was a limited edition of only 50 pieces and was only available to those who attended the 2002 Disneyana Convention at Walt Disney World. It is
