Cel and frame are in excellent condition. It was produced (1997) by Disney’s ink and paint department. Original 1953 animation drawings were used from Sequence 2, Scene 24. Many of the elements were hand painted on the cel Background was printed. A total of 22 ink colors were used. (Colors and details are more vibrant in person.) Desirable low Series number of 19/500. Beautifully framed. Frame is original to the piece. Plexiglass used in framing. (Please study photos as the serve as part of the description. This is an amazing cel depicting the iconic character Tinter Bell. Cel is matted with an opening of 14 1/4” x 10 3/4”. Framed size is 24 1/2”L. x. 21 1/4 H. x 1 3/4” deep.
