ENGRAVED/NAMED CUB PILOT WING WITH INSCRIPTION

ENGRAVED CUB PILOT WING
Wing measures 2" in length. I have never quite understood the inscription
engraved on the reverse or the word CUB on the front.  Perhaps it has
something to do with Piper Cubs.
