Hello and thank you for taking your time to view our listing. Offering for sale is the exact shown authentic FAO SCHAWRZ Brand Gourmet Chef Pretend Play Life Size Childs Wooden toy kitchen. The attached photographs with this listing show the exact item being offered for sale. The second photo in the series is from the FAO Schwarz catalog, and shows a photograph of the set brand new. Although this set has had one owner, it has been extremely well cared for as shown in all of the photo's. Please use the zoom feature provided to inspect all of the photo's closely so that you can see the actual item up close. It does have a few minor scuffs and scratches but there is nothing obviously noticeable unless closely inspecting. Original and only owner kept this pretend play set at their grandparents home, so it was not played with on a regular basis. Child has now outgrown is only reason owner is choosing to sell. Inside the oven door is a shelf for storage, it was actually never even put in place and is still inserted in the back of the oven. Will come to you already assembled as shown, except in order to cut down on the size of the box needed to ship it in, we are going to remove the two canopy island poles, which simply screw in underneath with a basic screwdriver. We will most likely due the same with the faucet, as it to has a basic screw underneath. The rest of the kitchen will come as shown, already assembled, and will be packed inside a sturdy moving box surrounded by foam to prevent any damage during shipment.
