This
PIPER TRI-PACER brochure
circa 1955 is in pretty good condition with some mild edge wear and wear in spots along the folds. There is a small stain on the back page from some old transparent tape application (visible at top of photo #2 and also appears on the top of the back cover) . There is also a tiny tear on the top of the front cover art just above the Pacer (small) aircraft...it can be seen in the #1 photo.) Please examine enlarged photos to determine exact condition. It measures 9-1/2" x 12" when folded as shown in photos #1 & #5 and 14" x 24" when fully unfolded. I'm not 100% certain of the model year this represents, but based my best guess looking at the paint schemes for different years through the life span of the Piper Tri-Pacer.
