    Description

    United States Army Air Forces World War II parachute Caterpillar Club pin. Measures 1 1/8” long. Military Arts, Rock N.Y. Sterling on the back. Great condition. The “Caterpillar Club” pins were issued by parachute manufacturers to servicemen who had successfully bailed out of a disabled aircraft by using a parachute…what they called “hitting the silks”.
