    Up for auction is a WWII Era US Navy E For Production Bureau Of Ordnance Ring for  Heppenstall.  They made submarine torpedoes during the war.  The ring is size 4 1/2. Has a Jostens maker mark.  This was either given to a female employee of Heppenstall or was made into a sweet heart ring.  I have 2 other US Navy Bureau Of Ordnance E For Production pins listed and will combine shipping.
